Greg heads Marakon’s North America business. He joined the firm as an analyst in 1997 and was promoted to partner in 2004. His client work has included a range of strategy and organization initiatives for both European and US companies in financial services, defense, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and aerospace.

Recently, he has been advising the US business of one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies on a broad range of commercial and management issues.

In addition to his client work, Greg leads the firm’s business development activities in North America and in this capacity is a member of the North American management team. He also serves on the firm’s strategy and execution council. He has written numerous articles, most recently on management issues facing the pharma industry.

Greg is an active member of the College of William and Mary’s Alumni Society.
