Tim is currently responsible for managing the Chicago office.

Tim joined Marakon in 1993, spending a few months on the East coast before heading to London for just under 3 years. He returned to North America to help found the Chicago office in 1996. Tim has managed client engagements in a number of industries, including consumer products, retail, healthcare, chemicals, financial services, light industrials and fire & security services. He has substantial experience inside and outside of North America, including work in the UK, Continental Europe and SE Asia.

Tim has advised clients on a range of issues including portfolio management, growth, productivity, risk, governance, organizational effectiveness and performance management. Most recently, Tim has been leading our growth and productivity practice, with particular emphasis on how companies should be responding to the massive 'reset' in consumer demand brought on my the global deleveraging and ensuing downturn.

Outside of the office Tim is a sports enthusiast, with winters spent playing ice hockey and summers split between the softball diamond and the golf course. Most importantly, however, Tim enjoys the time he spends with his wife and two young boys.
